We alternate between causal to fine dining and happened to stumble upon this unique Farm to Table place last week, that by all measures fit both ends; causal but yet great cuisine. This was my first visit, though my friend had been there once before, but we both thought that we would definitely return. The Blood Orange glazed Brussels Sprouts with Toasted Pistachios appetizer was outright delicious, along with our favorite; half shelled Oysters. The Pan seared Scallops and the Black pepper Duck Entrees with the locally sourced ingredients were delectable and very savory. A unique find was their eclectic wine list; we found a bottle of a Red Saint Emilion Bordeaux, which normally does not grace wine lists at local restaurants. That paired with the entrees very well and along with the great service, made for a wonderful evening. The ambiance of the old world brick structure with the rich interior and location with plenty of parking, makes this a very warm and inviting place. Be it a date, or just an evening out with friends or family, this restaurant is a fun place to have a great meal.
FYI, you have to make a reservation .The ambient of the restaurant is very cozy. I and my family are celebrating my birthday. The drink and food are good and big portions for sharing. We ordered some appetizers and dessert to share. We got so full before ordering the main course. But we got dessert. Those are delicious, too
Absolutely fantastic experience. The food was phenomenal. The poutine was probably my favorite. As well as the brown butter ice cream. The steak and risotto were also fantastic. The waiter we had was incredibly friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.
Not sure what other people experience here for bad food or small.portions because that was not the case for us. All the staff were very hospitable and the food was excellent. We had a calamari appetizer then the burger and carbonara for our main entree with the cake special for dessert. Portion sizes were large and delicious. We will absolutely be bringing friends here the next time we are in town.
10/10 food - the gnocchi was delicious, and the bacon bourbon whisky drink was amazing. It came out smokin! Yes that is a slice of bacon on the top. I am a bacon and whisky snob, as well as very particular about pasta/gnocchi/potatoes, and it was all delicious.

The Apple and Fig Margarita was a perfect blend of sweet and tart, while the Raspberry and Mint cocktail offered a refreshing, aromatic twist—both were crafted with precision and creativity. For happy hour, we indulged in the Brussels sprouts, which were crispy and well-seasoned, and an excellent start to the meal. As for the main dishes, the ribeye steak was perfectly cooked, tender, and full of flavor. The oysters were fresh and vibrant, and the burgers were juicy and packed with taste. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, and the presentation was on point. The service was a standout feature—our large party of 14 was handled with incredible care and attention. The staff made sure everything was running smoothly, with seamless coordination and friendly, attentive service. Despite the large group, we never felt rushed or overlooked. The atmosphere at Foundry was lively yet relaxed, with a modern industrial vibe that complemented the exceptional food and drinks. Overall, Foundry combines top-tier food, drinks, and customer service, making it a perfect choice for any occasion. Highly recommend it!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience at The Foundry in Manchester tonight! The customer service was absolutely outstanding—attentive, kind, and truly above and beyond. I believe our servers name was Amanda. The food was delicious (the salmon cakes were incredible), but what really stood out was how well the staff cared for us throughout the entire meal. An exceptional dining experience all around. We can’t wait to return!

We discovered The Foundry by accident and are so glad we did. Even though it’s about 50 minutes from our house, we make it a point to come to Manchester every couple of months just for their poutine. It’s absolutely incredible. The atmosphere and lighting create a great vibe, and the drinks are unique and very well crafted. We’ve also enjoyed several dishes including the cheese boards, blood orange Brussels sprouts, French onion soup, truffle fries, and the Foundry Cobb salad. Everything has been consistently excellent. Service is always spectacular and knowledgeable. This is a must try spot in Manchester. And if you go, you have to order the poutine.
Went here for the first time with my boyfriend on Valentine’s Day. We had Mandie G as our server and she was amazing. So sweet, friendly, kind, hard working, and she truly made our valentines/ first time experience so lovely. Food was SO good. The Brussels sprouts were so good, same with the crème brûlée. Portion sizes were a bit small for the price however I didn’t leave stuffed and felt content. Highly recommend this spot for date night. Parking was a bit odd, but we got there earlier enough to park in a overlay area, immediately were seated with our reservation, and its fancy enough to wear a dress but also wouldn’t be out of place with jeans and a nicer sweatshirt. Very cute and intimate date spot. We will definitely be returning. Hoping Mandie is there again since she gave great service!
